Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent, full-time role in rural La Grande, Oregon. This four 10-hour day schedule on a day shift includes relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package.

The position involves performing exams, diagnosing and managing urological conditions, and handling pre/post-operative care, with opportunities to perform cystoscopies and other in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure is required.
• Board certification or eligibility is required.
• 1–2 years of NP/PA experience; urology experience preferred.
• Comfort with practicing in a rural community setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted urological exams and history reviews.
• Diagnose and manage urological conditions (UTIs, incontinence, BPH).
• Perform office-based procedures (catheterizations, bladder scans, cystoscopies).
• Manage pre- and post-operative care for urological surgery.
• Order and interpret labs (urinalysis, PSA, renal panels).
• Develop long-term treatment plans for kidney stones and prostate health.

Compensation: $140K - $145K+ per year

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted urological physical exams and comprehensive patient history reviews
• Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, incontinence, and BPH
• Perform office-based procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and cystoscopies
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing urological surgery
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, including urinalysis, PSA levels, and renal function panels
• Develop long-term treatment plans for chronic conditions like kidney stones and prostate health

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure (required)
• Board certification or board eligibility (required)
• 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Urology preferred
• Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($145K+)
