Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)
Compensation: $140K - $145K+ per year

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted urological physical exams and comprehensive patient history reviews
- Diagnose and manage common urological conditions, including UTIs, incontinence, and BPH
- Perform office‑based procedures such as catheterizations, bladder scans, and cystoscopies
- Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative care for patients undergoing urological surgery
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, including urinalysis, PSA levels, and renal function panels
- Develop long‑term treatment plans for chronic conditions like kidney stones and prostate health
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure (required)
- Board certification or board eligibility (required)Experience in urology (preferred)
- Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ($145K+)
