Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient urology position. You will work with a physician-led team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the Capital Region.

The role emphasizes collaborative medicine, patient relationships, and expanding procedural skills in a growing specialty. Four-day options and a comprehensive rewards package are available.

Qualifications

• License and active NY registration as PA or NP.
• Current CPR certification.
• PA: 1 year ambulatory health care experience; NP: 3 years ambulatory nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training.
• Manage conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, hematuria, OAB, urinary incontinence, recurrent UTIs, ED, male infertility, interstitial cystitis.
