Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led practice. You will work with five board-certified urologists delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across New York's Capital Region.

The position offers a four-day work week with competitive compensation starting at $125,000 plus CME and bonus opportunities, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PA with NYS licensure and NCCPA certification.
• NP with NYSED-approved program and current certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training.
