Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a physician-led team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You’ll work with five board-certified urologists and an established APP team to manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions in the Capital Region.

The role offers a four-day work week, competitive compensation starting at $125,000 plus CME and bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive total rewards package

Qualifications

• License and active NY registration as physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
• PA: degree from an approved program and NYSED-equivalent licensure path.
• PA: current NCCPA certification and at least one year in ambulatory care.
• NP: completion of an approved NP program and board certification (AANPCB/ANCC).
• Both roles require current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training.
• Collaborate with a team of urologists and APPs in a physician-led practice.
