Job summary

Urology Associates of Cape Cod in Yarmouth Port and North Falmouth, MA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established APP team. You will manage your own patient panel in clinic, perform office procedures, and participate in weekday hospital rounds with physician backup.

Experienced urology APPs are preferred; motivated new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered and receive structured onboarding with our physicians.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; board certification preferred.
• Active DEA registration and Massachusetts controlled substances registration or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification required; urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• See new and established patients in clinic for a full range of general urology.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
• Perform office procedures such as cystoscopy and bladder instillations.
• Round on hospitalized urology patients on a shared weekday‑morning schedule.
• Provide telehealth visits and respond to patient portal messages.
• Educate patients, document in EMR, and participate in quality activities.
