True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. You will manage an independent patient panel with strong physician collaboration in a 144-bed community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in urology
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain
• Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging)
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
