INTEGRATED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS is hiring a Medical Assistant for our office in Manhasset, NY. The role supports urology services and participates in routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include patient intake, vital signs, phlebotomy, and assisting physicians with exams. Requires MA training and 6 months in a physician’s office; urology experience is a plus. Office hours are full-time with no weekends or evenings.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience (based on State regulation requirements).
• Urology experience desired.
• 6 months experience working within a physician’s office desired.

Mansioni

• Assist in routine administrative and clinical duties.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with physicians, nursing, and staff.
• Greets and prepares patients; measures vital signs; records interview and history.
• Performs phlebotomy and basic lab tests; may perform EKG’s after training.
• Prepare for office openings; manage patient logs and room turnover; ensure accurate medical records.
