Integrated Medical Professionals in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Medical Assistant II - NY (MA II) to support urology services. You will perform admin and clinical tasks, coordinate appointments, and assist physicians.

The role involves vital signs, phlebotomy, room setup, documentation, and basic lab tests; EKGs after training; no weekends or evenings; comprehensive benefits and PTO available. This is a full-time in-office position at 480 Hicksville Road, Bethpage, NY 11714.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy medical office and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Experience in a physician office, preferably urology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with physicians and staff.
• Greet patients and prepare them for visits; take vitals.
• Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests; assist with exams.
• Assist with minor in-office procedures and EKGs after training.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation; ensure back-office flow.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
