Advocate Health is seeking a dedicated LPN for our Baldwin‑Urology unit in Milledgeville, GA. This full‑time role supports patient care under RN supervision, with a standard Mon–Fri 8–5 schedule.

You will perform clinical tasks including medication administration and IV therapy, while documenting patient responses in the EMR. The position requires an LPN license in the state, completion of an accredited PN program, and BLS certification within six months if not already held.

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months if required.
• Education completed from an accredited PN program.
• Experience not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per policy and standards.
• Assist with patient assessment and data collection.
• Document interventions and patient responses.
• Communicate changes in orders to the RN, and support care planning.
• Administer medications, IVs, wound care, and venipuncture as directed.
