Job summary

Syneos Health in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts and hospital-affiliated practices. You will engage urologists, APPs, practice admins, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization within indication.

You will meet or exceed sales objectives by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan, delivering clinically-supported

Qualifications

BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
4+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated business plan.
Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing.
Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
Plan and organize activities to optimize call coverage and frequency to key customers.
