Job summary

Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana (USNI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our newest center in Schererville. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, and maintain medical records within the clinic setting.

The role requires an active RN license in Indiana, BLS, and 1–2 years of clinical experience (urology preferred). We offer competitive pay, PTO, holidays, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient problems in-office and by phone to determine disposition.
• Communicate physician treatment plans and lab/imaging results to patients and document in the EMR.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions per provider orders.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Prepare rooms and supplies; maintain stock and infection control.
