Job summary

Covenant Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Urology Specialists of East Tennessee in an outpatient clinic setting. This full-time role (80 hours per pay period) is on the day shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and may require travel to the Alcoa office.

Provides professional nursing care, coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures accurate documentation while maintaining patient comfort and safety during visits.

Qualifications

• Must have Tennessee RN license and CPR certification.
• OSHA training completed annually.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in outpatient clinic.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist in examinations.
• Record patient history and perform triage per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and reports.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up.
