Banner University Medical Group Phoenix seeks a BC/BE Urologist with a special interest in Endourology to join our academic Department of Urology. Be part of building the program, shaping protocols, and leading innovative endourology care in a leading health system.

You will participate in an inaugural department development, contribute to resident training, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance education, research, and patient outcomes in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Fellowship in endourology (1–2 years) required.
• Arizona license or eligibility; DEA license with prescribing privileges.
• Experience with high-volume stone management.
• Expertise in laser technology and advanced imaging.
• Proficiency in complex endoscopic techniques.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Experience serving diverse patient populations.
• Collaborative mindset to support program growth.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic duties and inpatient rounding.
• Operating room cases with shared call coverage.
• Subspecialty focus on minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
• Manage upper urinary tract pathology and complex stone disease.
• Perform ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL, and novel BPH treatments.
