Cook Medical Inc. is seeking a Capital Equipment Specialist to support product management and sales across the lifecycle of Urology products. The role emphasizes stone management, oncology, voiding dysfunction, and pelvic health with a western U.S.

base near a major airport. The candidate will provide technical training, support product launches, assist clinical evaluations, and build relationships with key decision-makers while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proficient reading/writing speaking English
• General business math skills
• Experience in training others
• Experience in communication with key customers
• Excellent complex problem solving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and updates to customers and internal groups
• Assist with creation of training materials and programs for new product launches
• Support Product Development with field clinical evaluations and prototype testing
• Conduct field and market analyses to identify customer opportunities
• Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers
• Travel up to 75% domestically/internationally
• Adhere to safety requirements and company quality standards
