Job summary

Cook Medical Inc. seeks a Capital Equipment Specialist based in the Western United States to support product management and the sales team across the product life cycle. You will provide technical training and field support, contribute to launches, and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
• General business math skills
• Experience training others
• Experience in communication and interpersonal interactions with key customers

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal groups on designated product line
• Support new product launches, including training materials and programs
• Assist Product Development with clinical evaluations and trials, launches, evaluations and testing
• Conduct field and market analyses to identify customer opportunities
• Develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers
• Travel up to 75% as required
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, procedures, ethics and compliance
• Handle product returns, samples and stock as appropriate
• Attend meetings and exhibitions outside normal hours as needed
• Ensure professional interaction across global teams
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Maintain regular attendance
• Consider site requirements for field work
