Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related administrative and/or budget experience.
• Additional education may substitute for experience per the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day maintenance of budgets and monitor funding sources.
• Assist in developing budgets and projections with basic funding knowledge.
• Assemble budgets for grants and contracts in pre-award and monitor post-award budgets.
• Process payroll, expenditures, and vendor payments ensuring compliance.
• Prepare routine reports for sponsoring agencies using data and templates.
• Support budget monitoring systems and data presentation using software.
