Qualifications

• Board certification in ANCC/AANPCB/NCCPA required.
• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• BLS certification on hire.
• DEA license.
• Experience in urology, surgery, oncology, or primary care preferred.
• Prior electronic health record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage common urological conditions.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform office-based procedures as permitted by credentialing.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and regulatory/compliance adherence.
