Job summary

GSK US in Florida seeks an experienced Urology Account Manager to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts from Orlando to Jacksonville. You will engage physicians, APPs, and staff to support patient identification and appropriate product utilization in the approved indication.

The role requires delivering clinically grounded sales presentations, managing territory plans, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize access and patient outcomes while meeting sales

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry is required.
• 2+ years of practice group account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and prioritize high‑value customers.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the hospital‑avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge and stay informed about local market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional customer experience.
