Job summary

Novant Health Medical Group Davidson Urology seeks a compassionate Urology Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider to perform selective medical services under physicians’ direction. You will join a team dedicated to patient-centered care and the latest treatments for urologic conditions.

The role supports a network that values collaboration, professional growth, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes. Mon-Thu 8–5, Fri 8–12, with one hospital-call day weekly, location in Davidson area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; NCCPA-accredited PA or NP program required.
• RNFA required for NP candidates.
• Open to new graduates, surgical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to provide coordinated care.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards; follow First Do No Harm.
• Hours: Monday- Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12, one day a week for hospital call.
• Support Thomasville location as needed.
