Novant Health Medical Group in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Surgical Advanced Practice Provider to join the Urology team, delivering advanced care in clinic and hospital settings and assisting with robotic procedures.

Requirements include a Master's degree, PA or NP licensure in NC, NCCPA or nursing board certification, ACLS, DEA, and RNFA for NP applicants; schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with call. This role sits within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited PA program or NP/post-Master's NP program.
• One year of urology experience required.
• Current PA or NP license in the appropriate state required.
• NCCPA certification or state nursing board registration required.
• ACLS certification required.
• DEA registration required.
• RNFA certification required for NP applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for urology patients in clinic and hospital settings.
• Assist surgeons with robotic procedures in the OR (at a minimum of 2 OR shifts/week).
• Perform office procedures and round at acute facilities (Supporting same day/walk-in clinic needs).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand patient access and coordination of continuity of care.
• Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with call coverage up to 10 days/year (including weekends and holidays).
