Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Urology Adult department seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver specialized urologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications

• Ability to deliver advanced practice care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide treatment and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents a health history and performs comprehensive physical examinations with an individualized plan of care.
• Orders, performs, interprets and collects diagnostic data as indicated to support diagnoses.
• Prescribes pharmacologic, non-pharmacologic, and surgical interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Facilitates patient transitions between care settings and coordinates referrals as needed.
