Summary :
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Urologist to join our growing academic Urology practice in Buffalo and Western New York State. As a Surgeon-Scientist, the candidate will enjoy a full spectrum urologic oncology practice, with a focus on bladder cancer, as well as protected academic time for basic science and laboratory work, and the opportunity to teach learners of all types.

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is recruiting a full-time Urologist to serve the Buffalo and greater Western New York area. The role involves providing urologic oncology expertise with a focus on bladder cancer, utilizing the latest therapies and technology. As a Surgeon-Scientist, 50% of the time will be dedicated to basic science and clinical research, with an expectation to secure external funding. The role includes participation in multidisciplinary clinics, tumor boards, state-of-the-art operating rooms, and the Men’s Sexual Health program.
Founded in 1898, Roswell Park was the first cancer center dedicated exclusively to cancer research. It pioneered the multidisciplinary approach, integrating scientists and clinicians. It has received NCI designation since 1974 and is the only comprehensive cancer center in upstate New York. Roswell Park is a founding member of the NCCN, with many faculty serving on panels that develop clinical practice guidelines. The center employs nearly 4,000 staff, including over 350 faculty, caring for approximately 50,000 patients annually.

Salary range: $271,587 - $700,000, including comprehensive benefits.
