The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Physician Urologist to join our VA medical facility in Texas. The role involves performing surgical operations in the operating room, conducting outpatient and clinic duties, and participating in ward/ICU rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Candidates must hold a medical license in the United States and be board certified or eligible in urology.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physician in the United States
• Board certification in urology or eligibility
• Completion of urology residency program
• Strong surgical and clinical skills in urology procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsabilités

• Deliver surgical procedures in the operating room and clinic services within Surgical Service
• Address outpatient and inpatient urology consultations
• Participate in ward/ICU rounds and pre/post-operative care
• Ensure complete and accurate medical documentation and orders
• Provide supervision and training for medical students and residents
