A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state patients-strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

• Exceptional Earning Potential:After the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annuallybased on market assessment and fee-for-service collections.
