NP Now, LLC in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Urologist to join a high‑volume private practice. You will provide inpatient and outpatient care, participate in a collaborative clinical team, and deliver patient‑centered care in a busy environment.

The role offers a competitive MGMA‑based base with a strong first‑year guarantee, plus earning potential exceeding $1.2M annually after year one.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Urology residency and fellowship.
• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a high‑volume setting.
• Maintain high‑quality, timely documentation and patient‑centered care.
• Participate in practice growth and development initiatives.
• No required city call, with optional participation if desired.

Strong patient demand with new referrals directed to incoming physicians.
