Job summary

Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a Physician-Urologist to join the Urology section under Surgical Care ICC. You will document patient care in CPRS, maintain equipment, and contribute to safety and education initiatives within a Whole Health System of care for Veterans.

The role requires MD/DO with approved residency, US licensure, and board eligibility. A commitment to veteran-focused care and participation in EDRP matters is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Board eligibility or certification in Urology per VA standards.
• Active or easily obtainable medical license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate, complete progress notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Maintain and calibrate specialized urology equipment.
• Participate in safety, infection control, and performance improvement activities.
• Provide patient and family education including informed consent.
