Job summary

UNC Health in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist with fellowship training in Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery to join our growing urology team. The role maintains a broad general urology practice while developing a specialized reconstructive focus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Fellowship training in Genitourinary Reconstruction Surgery required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of general urologic conditions including BPH, kidney stones, hematuria, men's health issues, and urologic cancers
• Perform outpatient and inpatient urologic procedures and surgeries
• Participate in a shared call coverage
• Develop a reconstructive urology practice focused on urethral stricture disease, male urinary incontinence, prosthetics, genital and urinary tract reconstruction and more
