Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland, Vermont. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests, working 8am-5pm with a 1:4 call rotation.

The ideal candidate will be boarded or eligible in Urology, eligible for Vermont medical licensure, and able to obtain hospital credentialing. Collaboration with APPs and multidisciplinary teams is expected.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.1:4 call rotation

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont
