Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland / Killington, Vermont. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

The role features a standard 8am-5pm schedule, 1:4 call, and a competitive compensation package including signing bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment, comprehensive benefits, and PSLF-eligible employer.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont
