Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligible to work in the US.
• MD/DO degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
• Full, unrestricted medical license in a US state or DC.
• Completed Urology residency/fellowship leading to board eligibility.
• English language proficiency as required by VA.

Responsibilities

• Admit, evaluate, diagnose, consult and provide non-operative and operative care to adult patients with urologic disorders.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures and manage perioperative care.
• Direct and coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate trainees and serve in a teaching capacity within the VA system.
• Participate in emergency and on-call schedule as required.
