Job summary

The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, part of the Veterans Health Administration, is recruiting a full-time Urologist to join Surgical Care Services. The physician evaluates and treats urological conditions, performs surgeries, and participates in pre/postoperative care and on-call duties.

Applicants must meet VHA requirements, have an MD or DO, and hold or be eligible for a U.S. medical license. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
• Graduation from LCME-accredited medical schools (or COCA for osteopathic).
• For foreign grads, ECFMG eligibility must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment of urological conditions.
• Perform urological surgeries and related pre/postoperative care.
• Coordinate with primary care and other providers for referrals.
• Participate in Emergency and On-Call schedules.
