PAGNY, on behalf of NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan, seeks a Urologist to provide comprehensive urologic care with both surgical and non-surgical approaches. The role includes supervising residents and mentoring medical students, and coordinating with PAs and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The package features a substantial base salary ($352k–$362k) with potential additional compensation for call or per diem, along with generous benefits including CME reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in urology.
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment with surgical and non-surgical approaches.
• Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures and surgeries.
• Supervise and develop didactics for residents and medical students.
• Instruct and mentor residents and medical students in Urology.
• Coordinate with PAs and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure efficient outpatient operations and participate in clinical procedures.
• Support the department's teaching programs and adopt new technologies.

Education

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

Active New York state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
