• Coverage Period: 06/01/2026 – Ongoing (26 weeks initial)
• On-Call Shift Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (flexible based on availability)
• Call Response Time: Within 20 minutes

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adults (18+)
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 20 patients per day
• Rounding: Included (post-op and inpatient consults)
• Case Mix: General Urology procedures, consults, and outpatient care

FACILITY INFORMATION

• No. of Beds in Department: 4 exam rooms
• Office Equipment Available: Standard urology clinic and OR equipment (limited robotics availability)
• Specialty Backup Available: Available as needed
• Reason for Coverage: Staffing shortage due to provider vacancy and upcoming departure
