Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment with surgical and non-surgical approaches.
• Performa broad range of general urologic procedures and surgeries based on patient and departmental needs.
• Supervise and contribute to the development of didactics and case discussions for resident and medical student training.
• Instruct and mentor residents and medical students, offering hands-on training and theoretical education in Urology.
• Participate in planning and execution of urologic procedures.
• Ensure efficient functioning of the outpatient suite and participate in clinical procedures and patient care.
• Coordinate with PAs and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Department's teaching programs and integrate new technologies and techniques.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $352,000* (board eligible); $362,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $482,720** (board eligible) and $493,520** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annualcompensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projectedbonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employeesare immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Afterone year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• AnnualContinuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
