Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff and provide expert surgical care in upstate New York. This position offers a $60,000 residency stipend, a generous sign-on bonus up to $200,000, and visa sponsorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Join an established group of MDs and APCs.
• Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians.
• Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APCs taking 1st Inpatient Call.
• State of the Art ORs with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System.
• Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
• Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of 6 MD's and 7 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• 180 Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
• Instant Referral Base provided by over 100 Primary Care Clinicians
• Full Support Staff including APC's with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
• Call Responsibility limited to Primary Hospital with APC's taking 1st Inpatient Call
• State of the Art OR's with one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical System
• Salary Range: $515,000 - $619,000 with significant incentive potential. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. • Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
