Job summary

St. Joseph Health Urology Associates in Bryan, TX seeks a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of urologic conditions, including office-based and operative interventions. The role features a 1:4 call rotation across two hospitals, access to three DaVinci Xi robots with plans for a fourth, and a strong referral network from day one.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for urologic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.
• Join two physicians and one APP; participate in a 1:4 call rotation across two hospitals.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Urologist Physician, you will join our growing practice at St. Joseph Health Urology Associates in Bryan, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our urology practice. Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high‑quality comprehensive care within a busy community‑focused practice.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME.
