Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Urologic Oncology Surgeon to join a growing, physician‑led cancer program in Washington. You’ll provide expert surgical care within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to evidence‑based, patient‑centered cancer treatment.

You will work in a CoC‑accredited environment, collaborating across specialties to advance outcomes, participate in tumor boards, and mentor staff, while leveraging premier facilities in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Urology at time of employment.
• Completed residency in urology with fellowship in urologic oncology.
• Current licensure to practice in Washington State and prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Perform radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Interpret imaging/labs and develop pre-/post-operative care plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists and PCPs.
• Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement and clinical trials as applicable.
• Educate patients/families on procedures, risks and recovery expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
