Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Olympia, Washington is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an expanding group practice at Capital Medical Center. This role includes coverage of assigned facilities, performing urologic procedures, and managing patient lists. Candidates should be licensed in Washington, board certified or eligible, and have completed a residency. Position Details

• Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan.
• Inpatient and ED consults.
• Rounding.
• Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies as well as other necessary urologic procedures.
• Urgent/emergent surgery.
• Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures.
• In-basket management.
• Manage patient list.

Requirements

• Completion of Residency Program
• Urologic oncology fellowship trained surgeon desired
• MIS robotic trained surgeon is a plus
• Open to new graduates
• Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology by time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $625,000.00 - $625,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
