Job summary

University Medical Group invites applications for a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon to join a nine-urologist team within an established academic program in Arizona. The URPS will hold a faculty appointment with opportunities for clinical and basic science research.

Mentorship is readily available and there is a strong emphasis on teaching residents. The position offers state-of-the-art operating rooms, access to robotic platforms, and a generous benefits package with relocation

Qualifications

• MD/DO required
• Urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery expertise preferred
• Experience with robotic surgery (DaVinci) is desirable
• Mentorship and teaching residents available

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of patients with complex pelvic floor disorders and kidney stones
• Perform and teach advanced urologic procedures including pelvic reconstruction
• Contribute to clinical research and participate in resident education
