Job summary

The University Medical Group in Tucson, AZ invites a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon (URPS) to join a nine-urologist team within an academic urology program. A faculty appointment will be offered commensurate with experience, with access to high-volume minimally invasive cases and opportunities for clinical and basic science research.

The role includes mentorship from an experienced URPS subspecialist, teaching residents, and potential research involvement.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Willingness to teach residents.
• Interest in clinical or basic science research optional.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of patients with complex kidney stones.
• Cases include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and BPH treatment.
• Mentorship from URPS subspecialist and teaching residents.
• Research opportunities available but not required.
• H1b visa waivers can be supported.
• Relocation and sign-on bonus offered.
