The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai South Nassau is seeking a full-time Urogynecologist to join its team on Long Island, New York!
The Department consists of over 40 full-time and voluntary board-certified physicians providing care to the diverse community. As a member of the MSHS and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, we are able to offer the professional benefits of a major academic/research medical center. With over 2400 deliveries per year, the Department supports 16 residents in a four-year residency program and an active teaching program for third-year medical students. All OB/GYN sub-specialties are represented in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery who can provide consistent, compassionate, high-quality, safe and patient-centric care, personalized to each patient. The successful candidate will possess clinical abilities as demonstrated through training, education, certification and experience, strong interpersonal communication, leadership and organizational skills, embrace the teaching mission of the MSSN. The candidate must have or be able to obtain a valid New York State Medical License.
The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to partner with the world renowned, Icahn School of Medicine. Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Department of OBGYN is strongly committed to caring for the whole patient and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. He or she will work with a variety of specialists to give the patients the best care.
Compensation ranges from $230K to $400K (not including bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits).
