Qualifications

• Current and valid state Registered Nurse Licensure for ARNP or Physician Assistant Licensure.
• Graduate Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or accredited PA program and licensure as an ARNP or PA-C.
• Nationally certified ARNP/PA-C with DEA.
• Experience working with medically complex patients and clinical teaching experience.
• Proven excellence working in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment.
• Effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and clinical expertise in patient care.
• Previous APP experience of at least 1-2 years necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and medical management to Urogynecology patients.
• Coordinate care with the provider team under supervision of an attending physician.
• Perform clinical responsibilities within scope and privileges.
• Teach and mentor ARNP/PA-C staff and PA and/or NP students.
• Participate in rounds, conferences, and committees.
• Document patient care data in Epic.
• Other duties as assigned.
