Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain client records and demographics; coordinate with referring agencies regarding collection, accountability, and transport of drug and alcohol testing samples.
• Collect urine samples using proper procedures and chain of custody.
• Maintain collection supplies and records; secure samples through courier release.
• Enter laboratory results into the EHR; safeguard PHI and client confidentiality.
• Participate in required staff meetings and training.
