Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS) in Connecticut is hiring compassionate caregivers. We seek CNAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and Companions who are reliable, kind, and ready to provide hands-on care.

Bilingual Italian/English is required; experience with dementia care is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check. We offer near-home assignments, flexible schedules, orientation, ongoing training, and competitive pay with same-day pay.

Qualifications

• CNAs, PCAs, homemakers, or companions with experience in home care.
• Bilingual Italian/English required.
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's care preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions

• Bilingual Italian/English Required

• Experience in Dementia and Alzheimer's Care

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy

• Adaptable to new situations and environments

• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations

• A natural at multitasking

• Reliable and ready to work

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a national background check

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks

• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals

• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are:

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment

• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
