Caregiver’s Home Solutions in Shelton, CT seeks compassionate caregivers to join our CHS family. We welcome CNAs, PCAs, homemakers, and companions who are reliable, kind, and eager to provide heartfelt care near home.

You’ll assist with daily living, mobility, meals and light housekeeping while building meaningful relationships with clients. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, same-day pay, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experienced CNAs, PCAs, homemakers or companions preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills such as grooming, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and light exercise as needed.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Keep detailed notes of care and changes and arrange transportation if needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• A natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are:

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment

• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual? You shine even brighter. Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are all welcome and needed in our diverse client communities!

What You’ll Be Doing:
