Job summary

Caregiver's Home Solutions (CHS) is seeking compassionate in-home care professionals to support clients in Norwalk and surrounding communities. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and transportation, while providing companionship.

We value reliability, communication, and a calm demeanor, with opportunities for growth. Positions include hourly, live-in, overnight, and part-time shifts, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills (grooming, bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Support mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and social engagement
• Keep detailed notes of care and changes
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual? You shine even brighter. Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are all welcome and needed in our diverse client communities!
