Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS) is hiring caring professionals to support clients in Fairfield & New Haven Counties. We offer full-time, part-time, hourly, live-in and overnight roles with flexible schedules and same-day pay.

Drivers preferred and bilingual candidates are welcome to join our diverse teams. As a CHS caregiver, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping and transportation to appointments, while staying organized with detailed notes and ensuring

Qualifications

• Must be experienced caregiver: CNAs, PCAs, Homemakers, or Companions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a national background check.
• Willing to provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (grooming, bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Support mobility, transfers, and light exercises.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

Experienced Caregivers - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, Companions who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• A natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus for us are caregivers who are:

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual? You shine even brighter. Languages like Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, and Creole are all welcome and needed in our diverse client communities!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and social engagement
• Keeping detailed notes of care and changes
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands
