Job summary

Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large processing plant in Boise, ID. No resume is required and the ability to follow directions plus the realism of a job preview will determine candidacy for future or present full-time roles. 1st shift is available: Mon–Thu, 6:30am to 5pm, Fridays off.

Pay rate is $16.50/hour plus overtime. Benefits after 60 days, PPE provided, lunchroom access, weekly pay and accrued time off.

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience required.
• Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant.
• Follow directions and safety guidelines during the shift.
• Maintain a detailed, safety‑oriented approach to sorting.
• Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level - We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Boise, ID.

Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.

This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. We need reliable, detail and safety-oriented Sorters who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or older
• Can lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.

• Have reliable transportation to get to work although many of our facilities are located near a bus line. We also promote carpooling and ride sharing.
