Job summary

Leadpoint is hiring General Laborers/Sorters in Spokane, WA. No diploma or experience required; we value following directions and reliability to determine candidacy for future openings. 1st shift, 7am–5:30pm, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays.

Earn $18.48 per hour, with benefits after 90 days and weekly pay. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift 25 lbs, and able to pass a background check and drug screen. Transportation is needed, but carpooling is encouraged.

We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Spokane, WA.

Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.

This position does not require a resume, a candidate's ability to follow directions and the results of the realistic job preview will determine if we consider moving forward in candidacy for a future or present full-time position. Required

Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus, but not required. We need reliable, detail and safety‑oriented sorters who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or older.
• Can lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.
